01 Using Egalla
You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for everyone you give access to.
02 Your account
Keep your login and owner PIN private. Tell us immediately if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
03 Plans & payment
The Shuruaat plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in PKR, in advance. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with at least 30 days’ notice.
If a payment fails, we will remind you; after 14 days your account may move to the free plan until payment is made. Your data is not deleted.
04 Free trial
New accounts can try paid features free for 14 days. No card is required. At the end of the trial you can choose a plan or continue on the free plan.
05 Your data
You own the business data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time.
06 Acceptable use
Do not use Egalla for illegal activity, to send spam to customers, or to attempt to access other users’ data or disrupt the service.
07 Taxes & records
Egalla helps you record sales and taxes, but you remain responsible for your tax filings and for meeting the rules that apply to your business.
08 Availability & liability
We work to keep Egalla available, including offline selling, but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous three months.
09 Cancellation
You can cancel any time from the app. Paid features stay active until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
